How tall is the Monster? So I haven't seen much discussion on this. I was wondering how tall everyone thought the monster is?
King Kong was what 50ft? Godzilla 200ft? or was he 500ft? I think they changed sizes alot.
Given the short glimpses of the monster in the trailers, the fact that he ripped the SOL head off, etc how tall do you think the monster is?

I believe the general consensus was around 400 feet.

I think the cloverfield monster is 400-500 feet tall.
My question, how big was Godzilla in the american remake? If 300-some feet is THAT big... o.O

What we see is about 350 feet, assuming he's walking on the ground and not the rooftops.
I'll say 400ft

So we are saying anywhere between 300ft and 600ft?
So way taller than Godzilla ever was in any movie.
I am personally thinking the Cloverfield monster will be around 450-500ft.

The SOL is a little over 300' tall from ground to torch, and the claw marks are on an upswing.
The Woolworth Building is 792' tall, and it's clear that although MGP isn't taller than it, it is pretty close.
My guess is in the 600' range.
