I was very "meh" about that movie. I liked the book much more.

There's no way I'm seeing Cloverfield with this epic masterpiece being released. What is Abrams thinking? He could never compete with such artistic genius!

I liked the ending of the book a lot more than the movie.

One of my friends who is going to see Cloverfield with me (We've got just about an entire "posse" going), actually wants to see 27 Dresses. Shocked

Sorry to interject myself into a conversation, but I felt that the Titanic was an excellent film. Im always love a film in which one of two things happens. 1. the main character(s) die or 2. the main characters(s) lose. Examples: Children of men
Fight club (the credit card buildings blow)
Titanic
(almost)Mr. Brooks(take out the last 15 seconds literally)
Sev7n
Thr3e
No movies ever have the balls to do this
Any others im missing

Ladder 49 (I honestly didn't expect it, he was such a tortured, likeable guy)

I can see a few guys with their dates being talked into seeing the chick flick instead.
