I was reading a topic here and I thought it would be nice to seperate this little fact from it because I think everyone would like to know..

...While Paramount got behind the garage-band approach, the 90-minute "Cloverfield," which bows Jan. 18, is definitely not cheap...

 		I wouldn't necessarily say that this is the confirmed length, but it does give us a ballpark number.
90 min is about what was expected.

Hmm, 84 mintues, how much footage have we seen already, if you add all the clips up?

 		That's bullllllsizlit. I am going to see Juno on Sunday, and that movie is 1h36 minutes. If Cloverfield isn't even an hour and a half that will royally piss me off. BUT when you think of the story, there's only so much you can do when a monster is destroying a city before it gets boring. Hence the very long bombing scene in Pearl Harbour.

Basically the movie will be Marlena exploding and we see the monster and then possibly the worst movie ending ever.

I agree, I would like it to be longer too but hey at least its not as long as something like Gladiator, I still cant stay awake through the whole movie.
