Paramount owns the rights to everything Cloverfield it can take down any clip or trailer thats theres, They can get sued for that.

I think it's total BS but I can see why. He is promoting the crap out of the movie, and thanks Dennis for all your work on the ARG really, but he does have ads on his site and a big thing driving people there is the excellent videos Dennis put up. Perhaps if he had not had them embedded on the page they might have let it slide?
