 		Yes, most were from BlackBookMag's site and some from BeyondHollywood. BBM took there's down though. And yeah, no trout as this would have been hard to search for I would guess.

Actually that might not work either...
Copying a link and pasting it into a new browser window works, but that's a bit fiddly.

Yes, all different cameras it seems, we'll never see the camera in the film though, unless there's mirrors.

Yes, 3 cameras. That's what happens when you use at least 3 different cameras to shoot the movie, with a character behind the camera for some of them. The Variety article speaks of the 3 levels of cameras used, with pros doing much of the shooting with the better cameras. I'm sure they did some dress runs with T.J. Miller behind the camera both for the atmosphere to be right and for his voiceover.
