actually it's meant to be a lame opposite rip-off of www.Wikipedia.org. hence the deformed Wikipedia symbol potato thing.

yes, it is supposed to be wikipedias evil twin, but it comes off as wikipedia's retarded half-brother. the general age group uncyclopedia seems to be aiming at is 8 - 12 yrs. old.
