[SPEC]Dark passage way confirmed in poster?

 		[SPEC]Dark passage way confirmed in poster?
since this thing had something to do with an oil tanker, does that mean that black line is oil? you know what else i noticed, it came to me in a youtube comment lol

I discount the whistle blower's review, but it is possible the oil tanker harvested sea nectar instead of oil. Someone has suggested that the sea nectar may possible contain the creature's eggs. It is possible explanation of why the creature went berserk and destroyed the station because it's eggs were gone. The creature then follows and destroys the oil tanker looking for the sea nectar and eggs. It doesn't fine any because it has already been unloaded. Rips the head off the statue of Liberty and looks inside for the eggs, and flings it away in a rage. It then descends on NYC in full fury.

Mean while the eggs within the sea nectar are being ingested by some of the guests at Robs going away party. The picture of the chef and the tray of some food I believe is the sea nectar. You see that type of food at Rob's party probably catered in. If you notice the picture of the chef it is the only picture that doesn't have a time line and date. It is because the picture is a clue. I believe the writing on the back of that picture gives instruction for storing sea nectar. It must be kept in extreme cold and under compression. Strange instructions for food storage unless sea nectar contains eggs that must be preserved and kept from hatching. When the eggs are ingested by humans or possibly any species the eggs hatch and the creatures, alien style, grow very quickly and exit the host as they continue to expand. This would explain why Marlene explodes. I believe our government analyzes the situation and evacuates as many people as possible off Manhattan then nukes it. That is why in the beginning we read video camera found in area once known as central park. The creature and it's babies were spreading too fast and had to be contained. This is one possible theory as clues and pictures continue to come in it may change. I hope the movie doesn't let us down by not answering some of the intriguing questions they have raised in their viral marketing campaign.

 		Since this is a 1-18-08 Slushomakesuhappy post I thought I would do an imitaion of him.

Shocked I think you are right! Dayspring2 = Cloverfield

Day = meaning you are able to see the clovers in the field and they need the light for photosynthesis.
Spring = There are clovers on the Irish spring soap box.
2 = This is a sequel to Zilla!

The monster is a giant green bar of soap shaped like Godzilla except it's missing it's I(s)!

I have been silently browsing this forum for quite some time now. I have read a lot of posts, heard a lot of speculation, seen a lot of possible art/models for the monster.

but this.

this is the most sound theory I have read since I have signed up here.
