However oil is black Razz

And this is a broken and sinking oil platform.

I'm going with the other guy's oil theory.

Yes, he is. And since posts get lost in this thread in about 30 seconds, I'll say it again:

He's UNDER the platform, and that's where he stays. If he swam away, how could he throw the stuff at the boat FROM THE SAME PLACE THE PLATFORM SANK?

you're right. if what we see IS MGP.. it's definitely not close to being clear enough for us to tell what he is. We're probably only seeing a tiny part of him.. the top of his back.. or the top of his head.

It's just giving us a taste and making us want to know even MORE.

 		That's not the raft boat, that's laughable. It's 20 times the size of that raft. It also moves around 10 times faster than the boat. It's probably a very small bit of MGP. Back of his head, or some other random appendage sticking out of the water as he swims away. Again, could be ramming the station. He may be slower on land, but he may be, as a sea creature, an exceptional swimmer.

Well.. unless he's so big that most of him is still under the platform.. and what we're seeing is perhaps a tentacle, or a leg..
Or he could just be really f'ing fast and swam a tiny bit away (if MGP is as huge as we're speculating.. even though it looks like he swam far.. for his size.. it could be a foot or two) and then came back for seconds.
