Lost of things look darker when they're wet, the light reflects directly off them so they look dark and shiny. We don't know what colour Mr.GP is, we see him in brown and green light, which are the colours of the lights on the street and the ones on the tower.

I think it was being pointed out that things can appear differently than they actually are based on lighting and other factors in the environment.

I saw that during the video the first time. I sure does look like Ganu standing in the background... but so what? Why WOULDN'T he be there? Tagruato just lost their newest, most advanced station. Shouldn't the head of the company at least be in the same room during an interview, to make sure nothing is said that could be..... damaging.

Suppose it's possible that the guy in the helicopter with the briefcase could be Ganu? Then again probably not or it would have been mentioned in one of the reports.

I am honored Sir.....I was not referring to the guy in the helicopter, he looks a bit on the wimpy side to be Ganu. I think he is simply an employee of Ganu's who was at the wrong place at the wrong time or at the right time if you are Ganu considering he just escaped certain death with something very important.

i think this is correct, but i could be wrong, but i remember seeing something on the discovery channel about cats and they was talking about Lions and Tigers and said one liked water and one didn't, so i'd say if tigers like water, then lions hate it

and you're right about that... but if that were true, a good 3D Modeler/animator would know to start with the detail that people are going to notice first... I notice the sinking Chuai station first... That should have had the extra detail, not that black spot.

The black spot is mostly obscured by the animated water, making it blend in more than the station which is sticking out of the water by about 100 feet or more. Besides, there are more small details like windows, towers, helipad, and structures on the station than they could put on something that is underwater. It's also still possible that the black spot is part of the station.
