 		there's quite a good shot of the Tag memo about the incident in this video at 1.31

It highlights that there are still people missing & the people it names are Hideaki Sakamoto, Gerhard Plocker, Tsuneo Matsubara, Dr Paul Nightingale, Donald Carter, Francois Nouvelle & Andy Young-Mun

We've never confirmed that the YouTube account is IG, and if it was it doesn't help to prove the idea that they should share last names.
Icelandic naming doesn't use inherited surnames. His father would be Hans.

 		the audio implies that the tanker was heading for New York - not that I can speak Japanese well enough to translate but it's a guess as the annoucer says blah, blah, New York whilst the tanker is on screen.

Which could explain where the helicopters landed, rescue boats picked up & how MGP found NYC!!!

hi! here's the complete translate of the french tv news from chuai station. done by me. Embarassed

journalist voice:

Here is some News from the catastrophe on chuai station, the oil rigs who has sunk last thursday far from the new york city coast.
This videos footage was send to us this morning but we don't know who send it.

(video footage from the cellphone)

So you can see it, this is an unclear video footage, but it's seems there is some confusion and panic inside the oil rigs. We can clearly seeing an armed commando.
Look carefully the targuto logo appeared on the arms of this armed men.

(japanese spokeman reading the Taguato communiquy)

In a reaction the spokeman of the targuato group confirmed that there have been an accident and several explosion on chuai station, but no one was injuried.
The spokeman accused the TIDO organisation for being responsable of the accident. In an other declaration the group affirmed that 7 people are missing but denied formely that this footage was taken from the chuai station.

The Tido group who have been accused by Tagruto are infact part of a radical ecologic organisation based in France.
We can say that the activity of this giant minning company are unclear. Several association are trying to stop the minning prospection on chuai station by attempting trial against the company in the united states of america.

This situtation is unstable for the familly like this woman who her son is a young ingineer on the chuai station. She have no news from her son.

mrs leclerc speaking:

back to journalist voice:

Many question remains without answers. Tagruato has launched some intern investigation but we have no clue at this time. the tagruato company don't want to talk to the media anymore. We are not sure about the death tol a this time, but tagruato declared 7 missing person.
we remind you that 355 workers was on that oil rigs but we ignore how many was rescued.

 		Don't know how our new friend found that Japanese video so fast - it's tags haven't even been indexed yet.
Confused

About those tags.
The first translates to Tag(u)ruato - no big surprise there.
The second ( ティドウェーブ ) translates thus:
ティド TIDO
ウェーブ Wave (literally UEBU apparently)

 		i don't know either i guess luck just visited youtube going to get html codes for my imvu page did that then went into entertainment and looked at recently uploaded videos and it was there.

 		This is the Japanese spoken in the other-language versions. Right now, the Japanese version is the longest so that will take a while to translate.

In the helicopter, it sounds like one of the men is repeating "henna koto wo shimasu yo" 3 times. which means "(he/she/it/them/we) are doing something strange"

in the boat, in English there is "go go go" and in Japanese "ike ike ike", which is the same. Then "take cover" in English.

Now to start looking at the Japanese one.
At least the tanker now comes into things Smile
And it's interesting the Japanese one has a list of missing people in close up.

 		There's no news caster, all the video footage is cropped, and the missing list could have been typed up. We're debating the genuineness of the video over at cloverfieldclues right now.
