 		OK, the English version uses the exact same earth fly-in to show the location of Chuai as the French version does, but it isn't covered by an inset map like the French one is. See Euchre's previous post for a grab of the French vid:

Furthermore, they saved it for the English version to insure that we all got it.

On a side-note, I'm hoping this hasn't already been said because I'm the king of trout around here it seems. But when I started writing this, I had read ALL 51 pages of this thread that were currently available and saw nothing on this line of discussion. That's right! ALL 51 PAGES. I've been reading non-stop for 2 hours.

All other verision USE new/their own CG maps, graphs and Shiite, They dont contribute any new footage except some stupid fabracte claim, Tell those kankle girls to lay off the Rooty-tootie-fresh and fruity and become more creative

You do watch American news? This is exactly what it would be: a fluff piece, with the most junior reporter in the worst clothes. They're not going to send the news anchor out to talk to one enviro-nut in her office, They're going to send this woman.

In American, this WOULD NOT BE NEWS untill the "Oil Spill" reaches the pretty white beach.

We just do not care about anything not involving sports teams or celebrities.

Why do people keep talking about her clothes? She's wearing a (possibly leather) jacket and a scarf. Both are clean and well presented. It is cold outside which means the clothing would make sense. She is dressed perfectly normally for a reporter.

Secondly all videos seems to concentrate on what would be most important. I.E, the Russians talk about how many russian workers were on chuai and how many platforms are on their territory. The Germans concentrate on the (german?) engineer. French concentrate on the french mother. And the english concentrate on oil, which is a panic button for many americans, especially when there is a threat of the oil damaging americas coast.

All it is, is a oil platform which collapsed, with very little casualties, this has about the same level of importance as a oil tanker spill. This is unlikely to get much coverage in america and as such is likely to be reported for a brief section and not waste studio time.

Also, there are endoil posters in the background.

That's true for Canada too. Except not so much about celebs. We love our sports here.

 		I think everyone is questioning if it's real or not because its in English, so its not as mysterious. This one offers a slightly different take (IE Enviromental problems as a result of it). There is no new footage or anything that would make it jump out as special, so it's IG most likely. We knew this was coming just like Rob working at Slusho and the Chaui station having something to do with the monster.

omg. that's was freaking awesome.
I saw the Spanish version.
Mister Grumpypants was definitely in that video...
but he was a little camera shy.
You can hear him in the background towards the
end when debris is being thrown up in the air.

However, if you listen to the "roar" closely...
it sounds similar to the one in the trailer.
Does this mean he's in the water when he roared
in the trailer?
And again...sounds a lot like whale sounds.
I know someone mentioned something about
the noise couldn't be a whale because whales make
those noises under water...
well the monster is clearly underwater here.
