 		In the US newscast the reporter said the US Coastguard was believed to be there at the time of the attack and there was no word on survivors. Maybe something will come of this. I didn't see a CG boat near the platform during the video. Maybe they came in just after it ended?

 		The coast guard usually just appears at maritime incident sites *after* the incident has occured. What purpose would there be for them to be at a foreign drilling platform before anything's even happened?

For that matter, is it normal for the U.S. Coast Guard to go several thousand miles deep in to international waters?

Isn't the Coast Guard's job... you know... the actual COAST?

I put it in caps because that's how it was written,
And there is oil in that theory.

The whole reason the US Newscast had the spokesperson from End-Oil in their report is because they believe oil has spilled into the ocean.
The End-Oil spokesperson is talking about what effect oil being ingested by plankton, being ingested by fish etc etc could have on us as a people.

So, the poster (skip, right?) is basing his theory off of what the End-Oil person is saying, and the End-Oil person is talking about harmful toxins from oil.
So Skip is talking about oil.


Yes, but at no point does Skip oil is the toxin. It could be lots of things, maybe a by product of grumpy research who knows? I'm pretty sure he did not mean oil for the toxin or he would have just said oil. Or not, I don't know. Seems like there is plenty of angst in here, people telling other people 'You're doing it wrong.' Bullshit, they are just doing it differently. And if some of them don't have all the facts, or are not as smart as you, or haven't thought through their brilliant theory, just let them go. They will figure it out, or someone will POLITELY correct their mistakes.

Sorry to bag on you man, I'm just ranting in general, and your (correct in context) caps caught my eye.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, everyone breathe. It was just a theory. And, for the record, I never said "oil" in my post because I never thought oil was involved. True, I based it upon an anti-oil spokesperson discussing oil contamination, but I was simply using that contamination of oil to make a parallel to how other toxins (or foreign agents if you will) might get passed along too.

Man, it would've been better to just have been trouted and ignored. But thanks for all the attention. I feel loved. Surprised

 		Sorry if this has been mentioned before but I have to make this quick since i just saw the three new videos and havent had time to read all the pages... but has anyone tried searching for anything about the people who are missing from the platform? Their names can b pretty clearly seen from the japanese video in the tag memo, at the bottom o the highlighted portion. Also, is there a translation for in the japanese video when it shows the map, there is one red dot with words next to it, and also a blue, not filled in, circle with words to the left of it. Anyone got an idea for why there are two dots?

 		(spec) a thought on the 'oil spill' in US video...
the nasty nectar?
watching the (debated) US newsclip again, maybe the 'oil' we're seeing is a stock of seabed nectar... MGP, already rather large and ill-tempered, ingests said item while kicking the shite out of a defenseless 'oil' rig, and begins to display the psycho-and physiological effects SLUSHO! has on people (and yellowtail)...
so while MGP was grumpy to begin, now he is high, and really quite pissed.

so while ENDOIL are being used as a campaigning tool within that broadcast, if this becomes a franchise, we may see similar raging against Tagruato and the usage of DSI.
which was briefly hinted at with a couple of scientific journal entries, if i recall.

(OT... a British monster would suck a bum... all we'd need to subdue it is a lengthy queue and a nice cup of tea)
