Note also the very prominent numbers on the header above the doorway.

28 and 40

Attached is an enhanced contrast image.

thanks, y2k and LL. I had seen that haziness in the pic nextg to her, but the enhancement is unequivocal.

28 for the smaller "person" and 40 for her? That would be too simple. (and what would they mean? Slots in the Ash Grove cemetery?

Maybe 2840 doesnt have any hidden meaning, we just have to find what building this picture was taken in front of?

I don't think it was taken in Aglaura (Ong's Hat) - the streets are way too short for an address of 2840. Although it does look like a municpal building of some sort, judging by the architectural style.

It looks like the old library.

Not necessarily. My street address is 1073--apparently used to be just 73 until the town decided to renumber the city blocks. There certainly aren't 1000+ addresses between me and the end of the street.

That's possible, but we know the library is at 101 Aglaura Drive, and that most of the municipal buildings are clustered in that area. Even if they started numbering at 1000, it would be unlikely to get as high as 2840 (at the standard 100 addresses per city block).

Not really. The old library, as far as I can tell from the small photo, has a facade of semi-random shale. The building that Sarah is standing in has a doorway composed of limestone, and the remainder of the building is brick (if you look at the very edges of the picture).

You can learn a lot about old buildings as a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Insert Shameless Plug: www.nationaltrust.org

the figure on the left looks very cherubic to me like an angel from a renaisance painting. It reminds me of something... blue dress/robe blonde hair
a painting of the annunciation of mary

anyway... thats what im seeing

Also the figure seems to be holding a key and what looks like a staff in its hands. And it's definitely got a mask on from what I can see..

This fits with what happened to Dale when he met Sarah on the "other side":

[22:35] synthasiadale: Next she unwrapped a small object from a cloth
[22:35] synthasiadale: And then another and another until three items were set before her
[22:36] synthasiadale: One was a round disc, if not the same, very similar to the one Wes found
[22:37] synthasiadale: Next to it was a staff or stick of some sort about eight inches long
[[22:38] synthasiadale: At each end was a stone of some type and entwined around it were vines or leaves I think
[22:39] synthasiadale: And finally there was a mask of some sort. It seemed to have wings or something coming from the hair and ribbons or threads hanging down around it

Spec: we will have to find these 3 items and get them to Dale so he can "find his way".

And just to be more precise.

Left hand is holding the key. Looks like one of those old fashioned cast-iron ones. Rather big though, reminds me of those Key to the city-props.

Right hand is holding the staff/wand and it's definitely encapsulated on both ends with something..

No stone in sight though, unless the stone has been set in the key, but that doesn't make much sense to me.
