[SPEC][TROUT]Beast From the Sea with 7 Heads and 10 Horns...

I beginning to think that the Cloverfield Monster is the Beast described in the Book of Revelations after all. It's probably the one monster that everyone has heard of who has never been shown of screen before. It's almost guaranteed to give Christians nightmares for days.

I don't recall seeing anything that would disprove this theory.

lol, that was my original theory from the start until about 4 months ago. I was completely convinced this movie was revelations related.

doubt any connection to Revelation, but if the projectile displacement is connected to blowholes, I could see an argument for it being a type of hydra.

It's a Trout

Revelations was one of the first theories brought up long ago in the trailhead mega-thread. It's mostly disproved by the fact that Abrams said he was doing a completely original monster.

Probably easiest just to do a forum search on Revelations.

I think it would be impossible to disprove, unless you've seen the actual monster.

I still think it's something like a giant shrimp or krill.

That wouldn't prove it if it was an original take on a biblical creature.

I'm sure this thing will share the same number of head or horns as SOME other monster!

After looking on google, there's a lot of interpretations of this that use big cats as its heads.. hahahah

anything more then 2 heads is too much to look at and render, 1 head makes it easy to focus on what the monster looks like rather then trying to guess which head is which.

That was the beast that the Whore of Babylon rode on. I've never heard of it being a sea creature.

There is another Beast, the AntiChrist, that is called the "Beast from The Sea". Maybe the JJ just took license and conbined the two Beasts.

Besides, the way it ejected the debris of the oil rig in the video, this monster has multiple SOMETHING, either tentacle, arms, mouths or blowholes.
