It is a trout but I dont feel like finding the threads it's been discussed in. But the main problem here is that Slusho is not in the US yet. Rob is going to Japan to work on the marketing to BRING Slusho to the US. Hawk got it from a firend who got it from Japan but large quantities are NOT available in the US yet.

Right slusho is not available in the us...but ever since jamie got her "smaple"..ate it.possibly went out and did wild and crazy things and perhaps..ahem..peed or pooped it out which was enough for MGP to wake up and follow the scent. Also the whole cloverfield title is meant to describe the image of what the seabeds nectar farms look like underwater..like a beautiful cloverfield from Ireland swaying in the current. Also MGP has possibly eaten this junk before and is hooked like a crack fiend. But the idea of tiny organisms that control your brain after consuming alot of them is very cool. and also the Jamie eating the junk thing is probably right, after all a Great White shark can smell a trace of blood in the water from how far away? why not MGP?

beacuse, apparently when the world was still moving actively..tektonik platewise, alot of the species that used to exist together were separated after the continents shifted. Japan has Nectar, we have the MGP, also note that he is perhaps en route to Japan.....he may just destroy the USA to get to the other side but hey why not? he is MGP after all.

Heard it.

This was discussed back with the aggressive and passive organism arguments back when the ARG first started. I'm skeptical at the very least.

right tinytim, but I am not taking credit for this. Just relaying a cool sounding theory I heard. And don't rule out anything to do with old sunken continents either, like Atlantis, MU, and the like. Maybe Mu was loaded with nectar, MGP ate enough to fall asleep for a few million years, and now his food source has been shifted to the other side of the planet.
