I rotated and flipped the punchcard4.jpg and the holes looked like braille

and got KSBBES , a bunch of words came up with the substitution cipher. I also tried reversing the order and got the word EIFFEL. Is there a location in the U.S. also known as eiffel? And there are holes in the other punchcard that is not braille, only this one(punchcard4.jpg) has all braille looking holes

This is my first ARG experience. I hope that this isn't just noise but...

Has anyone else noticed that the superposition of all the punch cards looks like a gaussian curve? Almost perfectly.

Without numerical data though, it isn't possible to determine what it might correspond to.

Also, this approach of interpreting the data groups it into a single set. This seems to be a step in the wrong direction since it's already given to us that the four sets should indicate four locations.

Just brainstorming. Smile

and P.S. really impressed by what you guys have figured out so far.

Hm. Way over my head, but it's a possibility.

Awesome! You might be on to something...

What if "eiffel" is giving us a noted landmark, so in that case we're looking for Paris. A quick online search shows Parises in:

Kentucky
Ohio
Illinois
Texas.
Missouri
Maine
Tennessee
There might be others that I haven't found...

If this is the direction to go, then the other three cards might be notable landmarks in international cities that have "sister" cities in the US...

Or what if 'Eiffel' refers to the tower's designer, Gustav Eiffel - who designed the structural support of the Statue of Liberty, and very little else in the USA?

It would rule if this turned out to be a Hendrix song! Although I really don't think any of his had City names, but hey. 'Purple Haze' really wouldn't help us, but it would still be epic.

Also I have no idea how you could convert those into coordinates or anything of the like, but it was a valiant effort none less.

Following the guitar tab logic, it would be more likely that the guitar player would be George Thorogood ...

"Bad to the Bone" from the T2 bar scene.

There is a half-scale Eiffel tower in Las Vegas, Nevada at a Harrah's casino and resort. In addition, there is a one-third scale Eiffel tower at King's Island Amusement Park near Cincinatti, Ohio. I went to the one in Ohio as a kid, and then the real one in Paris, France as an adult.

Just a side note. I looked up "robida" because it sounded familiar. He (Albert) was (1848-1926) an illustrator for the Jules Verne era of science fiction.

http://www.gutenberg.org/etext/2820

From the introduction of "The End Of Books - A prognostication from the past"

One of his works, "La Guerre au XXe Siècle" (1887) is of some interest in the field of science-fictional treatments of future wars, and is the subject of current papers and a critical edition by I. F. Clarke in Britain.

In case there's any doubt in anyone's mind that the figure in the latest video is a Terminator, I'd like to post a screenshot of the 2nd episode of Sarah Connor Chronicles. This is the antagonist of the series:

The circumstances of his appearance are a bit unique, so the odds are quite good that the Terminator chasing Anna and the Terminator featured in this picture are one and the same.

I watched the show this evening and our friend in the mask was in it. (Awesome show by the way... if you missed it, it's well worth it even without the ARG).

This is a spoiler for those who didn't see the show so don't read if you don't want to kill the suspence...:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The masked terminator who chased Ana in her video blog broke into a blood bank and stole numerous bags of blood. He then kidnapped a scientist who helped to put real skin on his metal exoskeleton. When he came out of the process the skin didn't look real good. He was very disfigured and still had the red glowing eyes. He then killed the scientist and stole his eyes. So if we see any more of him on the blog... he will most likely look more human now.

This is getting very cool. I don't know if any of the above will help at all (it won't help with the punch cards). However, they are definitely mingling the ARG and the show very well.

Kudos!

agreed, it is the terminator that was chasing Anna.
The question is - why?
