A Senior Recreation Center?
I'm about 2.5 hours away, but could go if there isn't anybody closer.
ETA: Or is it the traffic light on Market?
I'm getting confused (Again).

Dyson's response:

Quote:
Most of our researchers are based out of Los Angeles and our friends at Enitech are busy dealing with the tragic disappearance of 2 of their employees this week.

"Can you be out moving target... pretty please?"

The only people I know in the area don't know anything about the ARG. I don't want to ask them because they don't know what they're looking for. Theyll screw it up... or be killed. Twisted Evil

Yay! Progress! Good work everyone!! Brownie Brownie Brownie

For reference purpose:

My message to dysontrust.org for the BlueCom login and the reply:

Subject: The BlueCom project

To whom it may concern:

I have a theory for the BlueCom project that might help find Anna Kies,
The terminator(stalker) has been appearing around the locations of the 5 buried cameras.
And the last known location that the terminator appeared is in Anna Kies apartment.
What if those 6 locations might give us the 7th location where the terminator might show up, and hopefully the location where Anna is held captive.

I have been following the progress of the BlueCom project and I believe it could predict how the terminator thinks. I would like to sign-up for the BlueCom project and test my theory.

Sincerely yours,
Bryan Flurry

The Resistance,
Anna Kies is currently missing, is there by any chance you saved her and she's with you?

I have not heard anything about her or the cameraman she was with.

Same... I have friends in SF area, but it would be asking a LOT for them to go having no knowledge of this game. Damn, I wish they would do something here in the midwest!

Oh, Kookie, how I have lamented on the same thing.

C'mon guys, Chicago is right here and waiting! It's a beautiful city with great food, come leave us a drop! Surprised

Hey! I've got BEACHES and BEAUTIFUL WOMEN here! Portal to the Caribbean! Nightlife!

Sure... you might get shot or arrested doing a "drop", but isn't it worth the atmosphere?

I suppose it's for the good of all of us if we find this eh?

Well except those who are dead.

Ok, here's a summary for those who are (totally?) lost... hehe pages of nothing and overanalysis...
sheesh

So after informing Dyson Trust of the nature of this neural network diagram (ie, sending a photo of the 3D pyramid shape), they began granting access to their BlueCom AI app which was able to interpret the diagram and produce a practical application.

The diagram required 6 input values in order to produce a result. Initially we had no idea what to input. After a bit of trial and error, notes of Mike's were posted on Enitech's blog, which included a load of GPS coordinates, and a diagram we were apparently aiming to produce from BlueCom.

The trial and error was successful in that we discovered entering the 6 values as "one" through "six" produced the resulting diagram. It wasn't the correct set of values, however. After decompiling the flash in desperation, a image revealed another set of GPS coordinates - for a coffee shop that Dyson Trust met with Enitech frequently to chat and discuss things. This was revealed after asking Dyson Trust about it, at which point they also revealed the location of Enitech's actual office in SanFran.

The final set of coordinates listed in Mike's notes were Latitude/longitude, which converted to GPS coordinates.

Anna was then attacked in her apartment while shooting a video, which is also posted on the blog. Shortly after, another blog post was made including a note of Anna's from her apartment. This one included a second BlueCom diagram. On testing the solution from above again, it seemed the algorithm had changed.

It was quickly discovered that some of the GPS coordinates we'd retrieved were producing the necessary segmens of the 2nd diagram. So we scoured for whateer locations we could get. We had 4 first, then discovered that the GPS coordinates Dyson sent us for Enitech's office fit a slot.

That let us with one more. A few hints and tips later via conversing with Dyson, Enitech, and the Resistance, and the common factor for each of the coordinates hit like a ton of bricks. Each location was a place a Terminator had appeared. The final appearance was, of course, Anna's apartment. But we didn't have an address, let alone GPS coordinates. A quick question to Enitech about her apartment and we had the final GPS coordinate.

All 6 entered then produced the GPS location and instructions for the deaddrop at 414 Bee St., in Saucalito, "On the floor marked "L" find the bulletin board"

So the six valid coordinates to solve the RESIST symbol-piece neural network diagram are:
1) 34.046935,-118.250688 LA (the bank - Cromartie in TSCC) provided by vpisteve, revealed through Mike's notes
2) 40.714924,-73.991906 NY ("Bill" - meeting with Zoltan) revealed through Mike's notes
3) 37.947057,-122.570434 SF (On the hillside with Anna and Mike - the 2nd T888) revealed through Mike's notes
4) 37.862577,-122.492763 SF (Enitech's office - the T888 killed Mike) revealed in a Dyson email
5) 37.759536,-122.444816 SF (Anna's apartment - recent T888 appearance) revealed by asking Enitech
6) 37.894244,-122.528222 SF (Jake's murder locale - the T888 will kill him there) given via the resistance in the future murder scene photo, revealed through Mike's notes (and converted from lat/long +37° 53' 39.28", -122° 31' 41.60")

So while this wasn't specifically a puzzle to solve, it was more like a clue hunt with a lot of interaction and pattern recognition, effectively solved step by step.

*phew*

So... was there nothing for us to do with the pyramid other than make it 3d? The rest of it was up to this amazingly on-hand AI program?

Looks that way, But might as well keep the pyramid just in case

"...and there was much rejoicing..."

I didn't make the link to the Terminator locations because I came in to this ARG late and didn't realize it. It makes sense now; why would they give us the office coordinates when we asked them about the ones in the Flash? Their coordinates would be of no other use to us.

What I wonder is did they *expect* us to decompile it and ask about that address? Most PMs frown on that (I've been reprimanded once already).

As for the pyramid, I think that was an excuse to get us in to BlueCom. The fact that we put it together as such was a sort of milestone, an accomplishment. The pyramid itself might not have been important (yet), but the act of the accomplishment was.

Or, mayhaps, that pyramid still has a use...

If we happen to have need of putting some sort of hexagonal structure together next, I quit before I get more headaches trying to figure it out. =P
