Awesome! A lot of those bands on his list play at the Hotel Cafe here in L.A. a lot! I've actually met Joshua Radin and Cary Brothers after they played there (and Zach Braff and Donald Faison). Anyway, all really nice guys. Since they play there so much I bet they will be there pretty soon.

And it looks like Schuyler Fisk plays there every Monday!

I really don't like riddles, haha. That one has me stumped.

And the image posted in the Latest Scoop yesterday (1/15) looks like lyrics. The top line appears to read "Chorus 1st Part" and "A Minor Four Chords?" appears crossed out in the middle of the page.

1st hint for that puzzle was "what is this in reference to"
The riddle from the cipher is:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"who said don't look back?"

2nd hint from the cipher is:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"reaching a true sense of peace"

Answer is:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Nirvana. "Who said don't look back" is a lyric from their song, "Turnaround"

Great solve, Mortality. I certainly could not have figured that out.

Additionally, there is an update to the diaries section found here. It describes AD's first encounter with her dog and a rescue operation.

I haven't told Simone, so if someone else wants to submit the solution, feel free.

New puzzle up. I've always loved these when I did them in books and magazines -- never thought it would help in an ARG, though.

Solution:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):

"Out of all the ballets I composed, I hate the music I wrote for The Nutcracker."

And, of course, the only person who could have said that is
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky
.

Do we add the solution to the page, or just email?

Just put it to the website, she seems to update pretty quickly that way. Although I imagine the PM might not be up at this hour, so we might have to wait for morning for an update. I'll speak to them (in char) tomorrow to see if they got it.

I'm guessing it's music related.

Hey guys!

Alright, well, here's some input from me (Not great, and not much, but some.)

I looked at the list of letters, ABAAAIFEBB, and was like 'hey! Those are music notes! Let's play them and see if they sound familiar!' but before I even tried that, I noticed that there was an I. I happens to NOT be a music note. At all.

So, it had to be some sort of code, right? Well, anyway, Acronym was the first thing that came to mind. (Well, anagram was, but that wasn't fruitful at all.)
I was just glancing at it to see if I might notice something, and I thought, ABBA! Cause I love ABBA. I went to it's wiki article, just glancing to see if there was anything there that might relate, when I noticed there was a /trivia/ section. I was all, 'Lyke ohemgee dat beee a cloo, dawg!!!!!!111!!11one!!!!11!!!11!!!!!111!!!!!!!!!!!!one'

Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything. So, I get the feeling it's supposed to be some sort of musical note line, but the I throws me off. Maybe, it's a code that makes a musical line after it's deciphered? This is a hard one, but we shouldn't just guess, or we'll get three extra questions. DDx

Does anyone else have any ideas?

I'm stumped, as well.

I originally thought it to be music notes at first glance as well, but the I really is a problem with that theory, haha.

Well, I talked to her. Nothing really that interesting happened, but we talked for a while, and apparently share similar musical tastes. xD

Just dropping an idea on the puzzle --

ABAAAIEFBB is a series of ten letters, numbered 1 to 9 in the alphabet. Does that rather odd restriction mean you're dealing with a number of some sort?
