 		I am thinking what ever is in the case is exactly what TIDOwave is looking for. As for what it is....

Proof of MGP?

Deep Sea Nectar?

Location of Teddy?

That is where I draw the blank.

PS New guy here who got tired of lurking so here is my $0.02 and I think I can avoid be trouted too even?

Maybe someone with a better grasp of the timelines could tell us, but let's, for the sake of arguement, say....

That's Danno sitting in the helo, with his armed guards, a small part of the task-force that raided the farm owned by TIDOwave. They've secured the missing documentation and disks from the YMR files, which disappeared after the mysterious death of Kazui Ichigawa.
Why would TIDO have the files? TIDO is not all flowers and candle vigils. I get a bad feeling about anyone that refers to their rallies as "offensives"
So, Danno is taking some of the much needed research back to Chuai, research and formula specs that were needed weeks before, to counteract what may be happening with the DSI subjects. Basically, he's got the cure, and TIDO or the monster tear the rig apart before he can do anything with the information. So, it's back to headquarters to try and salvage whatever they can.

 		In the helicopter....who is the bald white guy sitting next to the Japanese guy with the handcuffed briefcase...his face is kind of hidden, he is looking at the station in one shot and looking down in another. I found it odd...kind of sticks out. (besides, bald white guys in movies are always evil!)

 		I think it is most likely the paperwork that ties Ganu and Tagruato to their shady dealings. Cant let anyone get their hands on that. Thats why briefcase boy is made to sure to get the hell out of there with his fancy bracelet and accessory

It's a henchman. Probably nameless, definitely expendable.

I say it's paperwork in the briefcase. I particularly like Hurley's theory, as it was sort of like my original theory, except adding the Kazui angle, which is good.

I'm just wondering, though - if it were Kazui's missing documents, why would Tidowave run an article on Kazui's death and how his stuff was missing, if they had the stuff?
