 		eh, so i'm a jerk to someone I'll never meet in real life. I'm sure Heizer won't lose any sleep at night over this. The fact is- If I would have posted something like this [which I have], I would be surprised as hell if I DIDN'T get any grief for it... [which I did]. And honestly, we calmed down the moment someone said the word "Dumb." I mean, It's sarcasm for the love of God... The humor for the intellectual. When you get older, you'll understand that words don't REALLY hurt.

 		1-18-08.com is a poor example, as it has had pictures from the night of the attack up for months yet the attack (in-game and real-time) seems to be about to happen on 1-18-08, which is still in our real-time future. Thus, that site does not match realtime.

DUH i mentioned this a long time ago. Thats how its supposed to be. Its supposed to be like the 18th happened and then the same thing is happening to us. Lets just say that they are in a parrellel universe and we are expierencing everything they did (except not for real thought). so to them chuai was attacked then over a week later they were attacked. Its quite simple i thought everyone knew this already.

I believe the point of the post was to discuss the implications of this shift and what they might mean in-game. If you are not interested in participating in that discussion, there is no reason for you to even post to it. If you believe it is trout, find me a link.

Posting merely to ridicule the author for having put forth some effort offered voluntarily to the group is not only rude but counterproductive in the long-term.

This thread: http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=23255
discusses the tanker(s) and how this is probably what leads the monster to NYC. There is some discussion about timing there as well, so still, this thread is a trout.

And yes, this has been brought up numerous times. Do I have to show you the link? no- find it your damn self. This is why people keep trouting, NO ONE actually looks at the forums anymore. They just start posting bullshit. Honestly, I've never met a single one of you in person, I don't owe you money, you haven't saved my life so if your feelings get hurt by sarcasm [humor], I won't be losing any sleep. And I'll say it again, I received NO special treatment when I fouled up, I got the same treatment this guy did. Did I complain? No, I got with the program and enjoyed the humor at my expense. In the broad spectrum of life- does it really matter what anyone says on this forum? No, so people really shouldn't be getting their feelings hurt over a stranger's sarcasm [humor].

 		Please refamiliarize yourself with the Terms of Service, which state in part that "users should conduct themselves in respectful, appropriate ways that encourage inclusion and cooperation."

You are correct in that you do not owe me anything. I am able to provide this forum to you free of charge and free of ads because many of our long-term users care enough about the site to keep the increasing bandwidth bills paid. In that respect at least, you are indeed unnecessary.

Well, as foreign an idea as "hurt feelings" are to some people, it happens whether you think it should or not. You and others have said how much you don't know him (which is a moot point anyway) and YOUR feelings don't get hurt when someone puts you in your place -good for you -you're a big boy now -but what if he's some creepy guy who figures that you deserve to die and he'll figure out some way to see it happen.
Now, don't start preaching "probabilities" to me, but the fact has been stated by you yourself; you don't know him. And to me, that's a problem with people in general -if they don't know you, then go die in a ditch for all they care. And what a martyr you must feel like for having BRAVED THE FIRES OF FORUM HELL and you TOOK IT LIKE A MAN! Quit tooting your own fucking horn.
