I will pull her kline, the float, across the desert to the base of a distant mountain. I will bury her with her satchel, a cup, her ankh necklace, her rings, and a pomagranite. I will offer a prayer for her. I will scatter seeds across the burial mound. Then I will return to base camp; several girls from a few tents over invited me over to eat dinner, and that will have to serve as the perideiprion.
