 		[SPEC] In-Game Timeline Matches Realtime
Was: [Theory] Events from ARG leading up to NYC attack
This hit me last night, but another thread about the distance from Chuai to NYC just gave me more fuel.
My theory is that IG the monster is on its way to NYC as we speak.
In the Japanese video, it shows a red dot, which is where the Chuai station is, and a red circle displaying the area the tanker that was sending out mayday signals.

First the Chuai station sank, then the tanker send out distress signals. Assuming the tanker was somewhere along the outside of the circle, closer to the "oil" rig., and assuming that the monster is the one responsible for the attack of the station and the oil rig, its easy to see that if it follows its path it will eventually wind up near NYC. Now I am not completely sure what the count was on there being two tankers, both holding DSI or Deep See Nectar, The monster will continue its path to catch the next tanker. If the tanker reaches NYC and the monster is close behind it, it would take about a week for the monster to reach NYC. There are a lot of variables, and the theory is in infancy, but i think it has some solidity to it.

*Edit* Keep in mind this theory is different from others like it because i believe that these events are happening in real time. IG of course. Very Happy

And what's more of a revelation- Are you making an assumption that this backstory leads up to the monster attack?

But what proof do we have that the monster is headed towards NYC?

That site could be for anything.

What I think we're on the verge of discovering is that this could possibly [as insane as this sounds] be a monster movie in which a giant monster attacks NYC.

I could be wrong.
