Is this a polite way of saying "you won't see shit audience, eat it up and enjoy"?
lol.
But, the monsters mouth scenes sounds so freakin cool.
I can't wait to see that scene.
True, but it has been promised that we will see the monster up close at least once (minus the mouth scene).

Clark's experience with Lucas during production further solidified her confidence in the young actor's abilities. "She possesses true star quality. She's beautiful, charming and she's got heart. She's everything we wanted for Lily because she's in the movie almost more than anyone."
He's full of crap...she sucks balls. Watching her act is the one thing I am most not looking forward to.

That makes me feel better.
I have a lot riding on this movie being good...
I've convinced a lot of my friends it will be good
[and they will show the monster].

A few years ago, few people had any idea of what a building looked like when it collapsed. "Now," says Michael Ellis, "when a building collapses in a particular way and throws off a huge amount of dust, it's recognizable to everybody.
That's bull too....I doubt there is another building in NYC that would fall the way World Trade did and certainly not the Woolworth.
I''m glad he has buildings leaning over in the rest of the film as it would be.

I just have one honest question: If there is continuing questions about IG sites, why would production notes released to 1 website (not even the official cloverfield web site) not merit more questions? The answers are too easy. Anyone remember Lucas filming Empire and Jedi? Remember the deliberate misinformation scheme?
Or maybe I'm just reluctant to see the magic gone before the movie is released...

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
A more intimate view of the monster occurs when our cameraman, Hud, is attacked by the monster, revealing the inside of the creature's mouth briefly to the camera before it is spit out and lands on the ground. Reeves notes, "Drew said to me, 'To a monster movie fan, the idea of being eaten by a monster – there's nothing cooler.
That has got to be....one of the coolest things...EVER.
I called it!

I read the whole thing...six sets of production notes. A few are repeats from the last thread concerning spoilers. Some are totally new. They give a lot of details about casting, political/social allegory, and inspirations. Seems the 9/11 bandwagon was definetly taken into consideration. There is no "description" of the monster again. But we are told it has a tail and is about 25 stories tall. It's another good read that fleshes out production details.
From what I read, we'll get peaks of the monster at the start and it will lead up to ground-to-air shots from Hud's view. (Even a helicopter view of the monster's tail taking out the Brookyln bridge.)

There will be full-on frontal of MGP....oh yes .
Wow...all this is a bit much to process....given how long I've been following this...I feel a sense of closure is near. Should be a great movie and thanks for the article again Enchanted One. Not sure what else to say. I need to sit down...oh wait I am???

This isn't really much of a spoiler if you think about it. We still have no clue how it ends.

It's a good read but part six reads like a crappy high school report.

Exactly Olimango...and even if more was revealed...like I said before...nothing compares to seeing it for yourself. Even if by tomorrow we have monster pics, I'm looking forward to going with my friends to the movie next week to see it with my own eyes and get the full experience.

Oh well, still. Not that many spoilers here. I think it's safe to read unless you want your mind to be completely Cloverfield free. (which 0% of unFiction members are)
