Thanks, I'm surprised
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
it walks on two legs,
but it'll probably make more sense when I see it!

But only sometimes, ugh, confusing, weird, yeah definitely have to see it to understand.

Oh, also,

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
when it's upright, it's possible that it's arms can rotate 360 degrees because sometimes it's arms (elbows specifically) are positioned like a human

Edit:
BUT,

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
when it walks on all "fours" it's elbows protrude out like the depiction you've made

Ok, 4 AM Los angeles time.

Partly buzzed, tired, going to bed.

I will continue answering any and all questions, but don't take it personally if I don't answer them first thing in the morning.

I will give you my home address, pay for your flight, and have all of my friends and family come watch you kill me.

It will go on youtube for all unfiction to see what happens to liars/trolls/trout-ers.

Perhaps it's just an overhyped B-movie after all, but I will definitely go to the premiere. I MUST...

How the HELL does the movie take place in May? May? And in what year? Rob on his myspace said he's leaving for Japan towards the middle of this month.

What the hell is going on with that? That part of all of this actually ruins a good chunk of the movie for me. Of course I'll see it, probably enjoy it, but this continuity error just makes no sense whatsoever.

I'm guessing the dates in the ARG aren't important, just the timeline is adjusted to coincide with the release date or the event date, depending which side you're looking from

Except that the character of Rob, in this ARG, says he's leaving for Japan in January, and in the movie he's leaving for Japan in May. Even with these Chuai videos, the monster is making his way towards New York in January. That's a continuity error no matter how you look at it.

I'm not saying it'll ruin the movie for me. At all. If I'm paying $12 for a ticket, I'll judge the movie on its own merits. The one thing that softens the blow for me is that the ARG seems to have little to do with the movie itself, so it'll make it easier to enjoy both on their own merits. Oh well. This ARG has been fun as hell, and hopefully the movie will be excellent. Can't really ask for more.

I read the spoilers, cuz thats howz i rollz. Ugh that was bad. Anyways, it didn't detail the movie that much. It was well written and the movie still has some mystery to it I find.

ANYWAYS,
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
If Beth and Rob hook up then its romantic, and if Hud cracks jokes its comedic. It's a romantic comedy.

Who called that one? I know someone did.

I just want to know if it has a "real" ending (fade to black kinda thing) or if it ends like "To find out what happened, watch 3 more seasons of LOST." :B

If all of this is true, then it sounds like there are gonna be A LOT more movies or a TV series.

Questions about the AintItCoolNews.com review ...

I have some questions about the review over at AICN from December (http://www.aintitcool.com/node/35100), assuming it's a legit review (and it sounds like it is now).

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
And yes, in the movie, the Cloverfield monster bites off some fucking heads. Only you get to see it from a way you don't normally get to see heads getting bitten off ...

What's that about/referring to?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
... as if the giant monster and the things crawling away weren't bad enough, there's a third, even more messed-up thing the monster can do to a person, which I won't spoil 'cuz it made me kind of sick ...

Same question.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
... there's this final shot (from the flashback section) that's actually kind of awesome 'cuz it's this very sweet, sunshine-y shot of something, except at that point you're thinking some really bad thoughts about what the shot represents.

What does it represent?

Also, there was an interview somewhere with Matt Reeves or J.J. Abrams where they said there was a shot/scene in the movie where ...

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
... the title of Cloverfield makes perfect sense, or audiences will understand the title, or something to that effect.

Can you elaborate?

Thanks in advance!
