That is one Freaky Deaky looking creature.
Whenever a creature/thing has an awkward walk, its always more freaky and scary looking.

lol, it's a mixture between the scanner and whatever editing abilities I have. [brightness/saturation/color/contrasting]

You should see my original concept picture of the monster- before we ever caught a glimpse of it.

In response to the members who access uF via dialup - can we please use the attachment (or links) for large images instead of imbedding them. And then avoid quoting these large images?

 		hahahaha, at first I thought it looked like the monster was bangin a squid lol! You should experiment and stretch your artistic abilites, I'm a Studio Art Major in college and I know a good drawer when I see one!

Can some help me out? i have to take the pics off my post above because apparently a strange thing called "Dial up" exists. so i need to link them, but i dont have a link. im to lazy to save them and photobucket them or something for a link, plus theyre not mine.

I don't really know how to make a 'link' tab, but here are the URL adresses to the pictures I've posted so far.

just remove the IMG tags either side and the forum will turn it into a link automatically.

 		The easiest thing is to Attach the images to your post (if you don't have the host link). The next way to do it is [url=] instead of [img=].

 		Dont know what this is, but found it at Cloverfield News forums

I've been following the threads on here for awhile, and have enjoyed reading all of the theories and speculation surrounding the Cloverfield monster. Something I could never understand is why would the monster purposely behead the Statue of Liberty. Here is what I came up with.

If the monster is an experiment gone wrong by the hand of Yoshida Medial Research, in that, they tried to use sea creatures to heal a human (possibly Ganu Yoshida) as seen here:

Then it makes sense that the monster would behead Liberty as well as decapitate NewYorkers because they remind the monster of what he use to look like.

Now I know the deformed Asian is not what the monster looks like in the movie, but possibly whatever YMR did it causes a transformation from human to ultimately what we see in the movie.
