No offense, but that's about the 30th time someone has asked that question in threads here, my email inbox, and other forums. NO, that is not the monster. That's someone's concept of the monster becuase it has a few features right, but it's still way on the bulk, skin, face, etc. The paramount thread has some graphic artists taking feedback and tweaking, and they are putting out what I consider the best to-date.

Dan - I think you nailed the postion of the shoulders, head, and arm. However you started the legs too soon. His body extends farther down, but is blocked by some fire from a missle I think. It would make his bulk a bit bigger and the back legs are probably not viewable from that angle.

My favorite scene? actually I think it's when they are first down on the street, not really knowing what's going on, then you see your first glimpse of the monster, all heck starts breaking loose, and you get the idea that the city is in big trouble.
