 		About Slusho, the ARG, and what's we'll see in the movie
One thing to keep mind. No matter what ends up being in the movie, don't get upset if Slusho!, Tagruato, or anything else we've seen in the ARG is utterly absent from the film. You have to remember that this entire event is soley from the viewpoint of our party-goers, and all the "story" must be told from their perspective. What are really the odds we'd hear anything about Slusho, Tagruato, or other plot lines from the ARG based on a monster attack as seen from a bunch of 20-something partygoers? Fairly slim, I'd say. Even if Rob or someone else was slightly in the know about the company, would they really know about this monster? I doubt it.

I consider all we've seen as backstory for JUST those who cared to follow it. A bonus. We know more than anyone else going to see the film. And I'm content with that. I don't need the movie to be full of Slusho plots, Tagruato ninjas, and any other hints at the ARG. Small stuff like seeing the Tagruato tanker is enough.. that's very cool stuff.

Don't flip out if the movie doesn't lovingly contain all the ARG in one neat package, it's not going to happen. The way they are uniquely delivering the movie makes this impossible. The way some are talking, they are acting as if the movie is worthless without this stuff. Not myself.. I'm just pleased I'll have a solid backstory to the thing, and that's pretty cool.

 		I posted because people are having fits because the movie doesn't contain all of the ARG in one neat package. But had anyone thought of it prior to know, really, how could it? Would they accidently run into a Tagruato executive on the city street? Would someone have a scientific breakthrough about Slusho and divulge this to everyone?

I really don't see how you can put almost anything from the ARG in the movie, other than that tanker, which was a great bit to add.

 		I absolutely agree with everything that's been said. I do have one question and it isn't really a spoiler but I'll spoil tag it anyway:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
What if the movie fundamentally disagreed with the ARG on one or more points? I'm not talking "doesn't mention Tagruato" type stuff. I'm talking "attack doesn't happen in NYC" type plot hole (just a made up example). What if there is an error in logic so fundamental to the ARG that all other sites which seemed to be legit were declared OOG by exhibiting the same error?


Seriously the above text isn't a spoiler, but I don't want to be accused or ruining other's enjoyment by even the suggestion I made. So, I'm cautious.

what if there is

a huge, gaping, horrific DATE DISCREPANCY? does that warrant getting a little ruffled about?



or was i just following this all wrong the entire time, and myspace is actually OOG?
