It's been kind of slow for me, but that might just be because I have a really bad internet connection.

For the past 3 days, starting around 3PM PST, SO gets slower and slower, to the point of occasional failure to load. It seems to clear up at night like around 7 or 8 PM PST.

When in doubt, try http://www.dreamhoststatus.com/ -- this will tell you whether the hosting company is to blame when some of the sites go down. (Not all of them, mind you)
