Well, the first part is German, and the voice is like Hitler. But the last words sounds a little bit like дружба, i.e. "Friendship" in Russian.

I'll try to hear out, what was German part.

Through simple googling, the rudder complex is a stage within A&M, and presumably, somewhere inside is the Lernean Hydra itself - a new note presumably.

That's one whole code. It's Base64.

Decoding it, you get:

 		i kind of came across this topic on accident just a few minutes ago, but i am a senior at Texas A&M and i definitely know exactly where each of these pictures were taken.

i tried to catch up and see how i could help (nothing exciting ever happens here, haha) but i am at work and don't have much time to figure it all out. i'll try to do my best later when i get home. is there a quick crash-course or a site that could point me in the right direction?

in the meantime, is there anything you guys need me to do? i can go to those newspaper dispensers from the first photos and see if that flower logo was covering anything up, but i think i might be a couple weeks too late. we'll see.

Kinda sad actually, knowing how stupid collage administrators can be about kicking kids out of collage for absolutly no reason, I guess they stopped in fear they were going to be arrested for no reason (personally, I'd continue and sue if they did that, but thats just me). I wonder who called the cops and hacked the sites? (I think the collage administrators did). And hacking their site didn't help matters either.

This is now the 2nd ARG I'm in to suddenly close Sad
