Perhaps more importantly, we now have our enlightenment society: http://humanenlightenmentproject.mfbiz.com/

Wow! How have you found it? It's cool.

This society seems to be kind of sect. Because their description seems to strain after effects:

Quote:
The discovery of the ATheNA compound has allowed members of our society to learn or perfect things in weeks rather than years. It is not uncommon for our members to get real doctorate degrees in one semester, or master the piano in a month.

Awesome. (Well not the sleeping with another's girlfriend part). I submitted a 'joining' request, maybe they'll reply?

The location picture shows a map of Japan. The flashing parts are presumably Tokyo, the headquarters, as well as the location of the labs (somewhere near Amakusa in the Kumamoto prefecture?).

Eric mentioned something in his diary about dying and having to cure 'side effects'. Do you think that maybe he took the ATheNa compound that they mentioned on the site?

Petunia, you rules.

It's our Enlightenment Society. (Very Cloverfield-esque, indeed: Japanese content, secret ingredient, sect).

And that is cool:

Membership is for life.

I think, I'll write them about more information request.

Btw, Владимир Демихов (Vladimir Demikhov) is a real person:

This is great stuff. Thanks for confirming the book kosmopol, any idea what could have been in it and I'm thinking along the lines of the more sinister stuff governments don't really like to talk about or admit to, remote viewing, channelling, mk-ultraesque and so forth..

However, having read the blog and the societies website, it could be something else, but I am not prepared to speculate on that at the moment until I've done some more work.

And I've heard of Vladimir Demikhov before, if only i could remember why.

Trying to do a whois on http://humanenlightenmentproject.mfbiz.com/ is beginning to prove frustrating, can't get a solid hit because of the double extension. mfbiz.com leads to website hosting moonfruit.com, can't tell you anymore than that at the moment.

Thanx, Prizefighter!

I must say, this ARG do much more fun than Cloverfield recently! Smile
I wonder what we'll find.

These are the web addresses if you want to examine the html source on all the web pages for the Enlightment society, just right click off to the left hand side of the menu to get the option to view source up as main part of pages is flash based;

http://humanenlightenmentproject.mfbiz.com/welcome/4526960245
http://humanenlightenmentproject.mfbiz.com/history/4526962134
http://humanenlightenmentproject.mfbiz.com/locations/4526962136

Haven't turned up anything yet, all pretty standard code. I think if we want to dig any deeper going to have to somehow grab and decompile the flash on each page.

Also started gathering the pictures off the pages as well, see if I can get anything from those.

This is probably, (a) the most disturbing picture I've seen in a while and (b) the only one I've been able to lift anything off so far;

The name, I am ninety percent sure is Rachel Silverman and the date 12-Apr-88. If someone with a little more experience in tidying up pictures could confirm this then we might have something else to go on. Also would be interesting to find out what the other numbers and such are around the scans

Awesome, Prizefighter! To me, it seems like the 11 of April more than the 12th, but we definitely need to find a way to sharpen the picture to make sure. That picture gives me the shivers. It's like bisecting someone straight down the centre of their face...

---

On a totally unrelated note (not to be critical or anything), it's nice to notice that John is a good buddy and all. You know, 'cause don't judge him, he was just drunk. And curse that Eric for making him feel bad, not that he feels bad for Eric or anything. Sure, there's blood on his journal but whatever, it's nothing. Sorry, but that's just my view of his attitude atm.

Yeah, I can see that. I'm off to bed, so I leave it to the yanks and canadians to save the day yet again... Very Happy hehe

Wow, Prizefighter,

it's cool job!
I've researched a little, but there were no IG Rachel Silverman... But this name should play some important role, I think.

Remember, the whole story around Demikhov was - transplantation of hearts and heads.

Good night! I'm actually also tipping on my laptop in bed Smile
I wonder, what comes tomorrow.

P.S. I've just ordered tickets to Cloverfield premiere in Germany!

As is the case with Robert J. White ;

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_J._White

Be interesting to try and find out who their mystery 3rd inspiration was/is.

Hopefully be an email from this society and another blog entry from John.

Anyway, really am off to bed now hehe
