Not to sound harsh guys but you have to stop whining. Whether this is temporary or permanent, it will have to be accepted.

Now we already scared someone away with this banter now it is best we interact as well as we can. I know few of you are reluctant to say so but we could always use more help, fresh eyes and that's what we're here for.

Put up and let's go deeper down the hole shall we?
If you have any concerns you can sure as well PM me about it and we can discuss in a civilized manner.

The game is not over. All the IG sites are to my knowledge still up, place any new updates here if and until we get our own space here. (Spacebass?)

I'm getting an eerie feeling something big is about to go down and we have to make the best of what we have.

No it's not our old forum but we're here for a reason.

Tiggs, as you know we had the header that indicated we are getting a new shelter. Last evening it changed to "Tick tock." Not too long after that, perhaps an hour or two, the board closed and people started migrating here.

two-eyes-and-a-nose, we were given keywords of Leto, Armstrong, Skeleton and Key, which eventually led to Jason Armstrong and the Uneven Ground band. There's this IMDB resume for Jason Armstrong, http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2873946/resume, and a myspace for the band. Myspace led to another band page skinlessjazz, which led me to look for a website. While emailing brody@skinlessjazz didn't work, skinless@skinlessjazz did. I think it was BigEvilJack who sent an email asking if anyone was home, and he got an affirmative reply from The Storyteller.

We have several unsolved clues including two major ones, the user name and pw for www.skgfilms.com as well as the elusive final jigsaw puzzle piece that we expect to find in a video, so help is needed and welcome.

two-eyes-and-a-nose: Generally things aren't all that snarky, actually. People are quite nice for the most part, with one notable exception, but he has his uses. Razz

We're not sure if there's really a conflict between the PMs/architects, or if it's something they do on purpose to mess with our heads. Could be IG, could be OOG. But figuring out what's real and what's not seems to be one of the themes of the game, anyway.

Alright, Will, if you want to play this game I'm all for it.

uF will NOT work for the reasons petunia listed, with more additions.

Even if SpaceBass gives us a section, it's not the same. We still don't have free roam and this becomes nothing more than a cry for attention by the architects.

You have to realize something, William, opinions are not whining. You've heard us bitch and complain, this is nothing close to that. Step back, stop acting like the Leith of yore and let us have our say.

Edit : This game is going to move even slower on this board, because it's not personal. I like unforums, but it's not practical for this game. It never has and it never will be.

Petunia, that's all we know about skinlessjazz and The Storyteller. I believe Brian asked, "Is anybody home" and got a yes reply but nothing more. I tried asking questions and requesting a story but got no reply to either email. Seeing "Ambrosia" and "Brody" in the source code convinced me it's connected. There haven't been any changes on the site to date.

I really hope all the bickering does not scare new gamers away.

From my personal experience with this game, it is not like anything on your News and Rumors forum.. I looked through so many of the upcomming ARG titles and non of them seem even remotly close to the exceptional 48hip.

Basically if you guys want to immerse yourself in something real, this is it. If you don't want another far fetched conspiracy about Russia and Germany, this is it. If you want to feel like you can relate to the characters and actually befriend them...This is it. 48 hip involves real life way more than anything I have ever experienced before. In my opinion it gives ARG a whole new meaning.

Saying all that, I wish to welcome all new players with open arms and I hope you guys will see what I see in 48 Hours In Purgatory.

There, we all feel better. Life goes on. The move here will work out. I'm pretty sure we'll be keeping the IG forum, although I can't be certain.

Being grumpy about it or worrying about it won't change the fact the game's survival is dependent on coming to uF. So put smiles on your faces and help us make the best outta the situation.

Personally, I think having a larger group over here will be good for the game, as long as we keep the IG forum also, and we work to keep both forums up to date and on the same page.

It would also be nice of the admins over here would be kind enough to give us our own section. There's a lot of information, and it'd be simply impossible to keep this forum coherent without our own section.
