The blur seems to be in the perfect place to be covering a Tagruato logo on the ship.

No hint of red, which is the color of the logo. Even though its blurred, color would still be visible, just visually distorted...I see no red

the "landmark" blurred out in the background, oddly enough reminds me of the Space Needle...i know that's crazy, just what i thought when i first saw it http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Space_Needle
