not to mention, there were multiple explosions with the final remaining moments of the tape. you can hear them go off and get closer, then you can see flames, then more explosions then rubble and silence. not to mention the "i love you's given by R and B


The point is this incident is defiantly under heavy inspection from the military and government.

As for the dates, we know that the ARE is not yet over.
Im sure they wouldn't screw up the details that badly, there is a reason for it. Truthfully the dates don't mean jack, i didn't ruin the movie for me in the least, its easily something that can be overlooked, and disregarded.
Until we find out why the dates are what they are, im not asking questions.
because we don't know.

 		Frankly I don't know what the deal is with the dates and I really don't care right now.Bottom line is we can speculate about the times and all that jazz,but I doubt we'll know the deal untill J.J. wants us to know.We'll get more answers once the ARG/ARE starts back up, and to those who don't think it will,IT WILL. Cool

Wow, I did not notice that at all. It could throw a whole new spin on this thing.

man, i really hope lost wont be apart in the movie. at least not so much that it will cross-starr? i expect much more than that from JJ.
but when that photo was posted above and i saw the logo, i was like ..."whaat....?!"

I was already going to see the movie again, but now...
Hey everyone... Been lurking for a little while... This website has fanned my Cloverfield fires big time. Thanks for all of the handy information.

So, whi is going to see this again today? Because I have to know if the DHARMA logo is really in there. That would be huge.

It could be so easily photoshopped, which would be funny, because I know the folks that are fans of Lost/Cloverfield are an excitable lot.

But I really, really hope it's there. I'm seeing the movie again this week, so I'll know soon enough and report back.

Yes, I mentioned this on the "Second Helpings" thread yesterday... was surprised no one had mentioned it yet, and I was too scared to start a thread on here about it!

But yes, I saw it the first night I saw the movie. It flashes on for a split second it seems (wonder how that pic was taken, it just seemed too fast to catch a photo of!). I doubt it has anything to do with LOST, I just figured it was done in fun.

Now that you guys mentioned it, a few guys behind me in the theather kept talking to each other after the movie than an Oceanic Airlines poster was seen in the movie.

I have reviewed the footage and it definitely is there. However, like Blackened_Mo said, it flashes up for just a split-second in the lower right hand corner.

Discussion of evidence pointing to the CASE

3. TIDO's Website has been locked down apparently by the Department of External Affairs. If it is part of the builidng of Case Designate "Cloverfield" its evidence number maybe posted at the top 18USCEC 2332b.


Don't know if someone mentioned this already, but you were asking about 18 USCEC 2332. I don't know where they get the EC part of it, but it looks a lot like a reference to the U.S. Code (usually referenced as USCS). 18 USCS 2332 establishes criminal penalties for engaging in terrorism. Don't know how much sense that makes, but in any case it looks like a legal reference for the grounds for shutting down the website.

if you've been following the new lost ARG Rolling Eyes you'll notice it's taking place on the sunda trench, (aka java trench) (aka where a tagruato drilling station is located)

 		Logo looks like that of the Pearl, which is DHARMA initiative number 5 on LOST. According to lostpedia, this room was used for Observation and Psychological research.
So to speculate, perhaps releasing the monster was an experiment to see how we would react, hence the found tape?
