There are just over 24 hours left in the "notification period" and I have to be honest, I am getting seriously bummed out. It will be a real let down if nobody wins. Is it possible that there were five kick-ass commercials submitted that we didn't know about? I mean the way you guys have uncovered so much info on the Cloverfield ARG I can't imagine that other entries have not been discovered...but who the hell knows at this point. This experience has been so positive so far...I hate this negative feeling creeping in. I hope they call/email some winners pretty soon. Tomorrow is the big day (officially). I was going to go see the movie early but wanted to wait for the official date...1-18-08, you know. Maybe they planned to wait till that date for this contest too...I don't know. Oh well.

I am getting ready to go to work and wanted to wish everybody Good Luck! There are only a few hours left in the contest period, providing this whole thing has been legit, so there is a glimmer of hope for us all. This has been a blast! Thanks to all of you for your incredible support and I suppose we'll just have to wait and see what happens next. Question

Could it be possible that the contest was just as fictional as the company (Slusho)? Have we been had? That would suck. Well, there are still a few hours left before we will know for sure. I won't start feeling played till then. Confused

Yea, I'm really surprised we've not heard anything yet from any of the "chosen 5" -IF they've even been contacted yet.
I am about to have an aneurysm just waiting to find out!!

And I disagree -Reagan should win because of the spot-on commercial he made -at 30 seconds on the dot, no less!

Sorry for not posting sooner. And yes...I agree that my posts got more and more stressed out in tone. What a whiner, huh?! But I was super stressed out. I am not exactly sure why, but that waiting really got to me.

I also noticed, like you guys did, that nobody has posted a message stating that they won. I am sure the reasoning is something like this... Until all of the legal paperwork is signed and returned, and then the prizes are received, it might be best not to say anything just in case it might jeopardize the win. It would suck to win something and then lose it because you posted "I won, I won" all over the internet. I don't know if there are restrictions like that...but it is probably best to be prudent until all is said and done.

Now...I said that I would let you guys know first if I won. Well, at this time I think it is probably best to be prudent until all is said and done. Wink
