The problem here is that when you click another clip on that page, the URL doesn't change, since it's all in flash. You gave them the link which shows the seen-for-a-thousand-times-teaser-trailer, and half of them didn't even try to click "Clip #4". Well, poor them :)

I guess I figured that part was obvious as there were only four clips there and two of them were the teaser and trailer. Next time I'll be more specific.
