Multiple Credits? Differing descriptions As the reports started getting posted, I got the feeling that different people saw different versions of the credits. One said there was no music, another was surprised by that.
In a YouTube comment, a person wrote:

yeah i acutally got to be a part of the audience that saw the closing of the movie, and there are infact 5 different endings, and i believe at least two of them of them end with this music, the other ones end in static, with no credits
I hate to use YouTube as a source, but are there real differences?

Is it possible to end a movie like this with no credits, though? I thought that credits were a requirement of a union film. Unless this movie is entirely non-union, which I would be surprised about.
I really do like the idea of multiple endings, though. If different enough, it might warrant a couple trips to the movies this weekend.

Multiple endings for pre-screenings is not uncommon. 1, it gives feed back for different responses in earlier stages. 2, with all of JJ's secrecy, he may not want the actual ending to be spoiled before opening day.
Yeah, I know the films in the can and likely received, but the pre-screenings may not all (or any) be showing the actual final release of the film with its true ending... (just my 2 cents)

Apocalypse Now had multiple endings and didn't have credits. They handed out typed sheets with the credits on...

Our credits was a pretty standard crawl with some splashy graphic effects in the background that were similar to the military "cards" at the beginning. I read on another thread that there was mentions of The Beast From 20,000 Fathoms or whatever and we didn't see anything like that. I will say that the music used was enjoyable and was a tribute to monster movies of the past like Godzilla (bass heavy classical music with female choral lines). Not sure if that is what they meant though.

Our credits (in Chicago) were the same. Graphic-y effects title cards. When the credit roll began, the music started.

Did your version have a "Help…us/me" whisper at the end?

You can't show a film without showing credits, it's a requirement. I had not heard of the method used in Apocalypse Now, but that'd be interesting - but did those that said there were no credits get a copy handed to them? Where they at a proper advanced screening, or the 'test showing' for theater employees (and a guest as some allow). In the latter case you wouldn't necessarily have to show the credits, and it wouldn't be necessary if the film was shown from DVD instead of celluloid. (Well yes, the DVD could have glitches during the credits, but unless they put outtakes next to the credits or intermixed or post credit footage, who would care?)
If they did hand out credit sheets, that'd be really cool. The experience would be cool if the video really did just end at the proper end of the 'discovered footage'. Souvenir 'classified packets' for the premiere would be cool too...
Yeah, I'm dreaming here.

Orlando ending. what we got.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The Orlando pre-screening had the standard rolling credits. There were a few interesting things credited and there was an insturmental musical score that played loud and clear throughout them. The title of the song in the credits was listed being named "Roar" I heard something when they were over, not sure it was a whisper though. And I was listening for it having read other spoilers prior.

Is there any truth to this?
I haven't seen the movie but from what I've read there is some supporting evidence to this being a possibility.
1) The movie is pretty short, 84 minutes including credits?
2) A lot of people said it ended kinda abruptly.
