I hope the apology is for some of the flaming and not for giving your opinion...to which you are entitled.

Since you had just returned home...everything was fresh in your mind...so what you said about the movie was your first instinct.
Whether the movie is any good is up the individual, but first instincts are usually correct.

I, for one, am glad for what I think is an unbiased opinion...you called it as you saw it.
It has helped me to keep my expectations very low and will likely improve my enjoyment of the movie.
