 		We could be on the wrong track here. Reggie say he rode the light, which is Qwest's slogan, ad here's how it went. We then get a 411 transcript that has the following.

Why do you call 411? To find a phone number. They couldn't find the number so I think he want's us, the smart people, to find the phone number.

There are two "notes" layed on top:

1. for a signal traveling from B to A. In that case communication from B to A may not be instantaneous according to an observer at rest with respect to B at all.

2. there are large energy fluctuations in the vacuum at very small scales

The gist of the paper is the how one might utilize the event horizon of a black hole to facilitate time travel. The math is a little beyond my comprehension at the moment, but I'll study it a little more.

The text on the page is in cyrillic, so I'm guessing it's Russian (great, another language for me to develop fluency in). I'll see what I can do about a translation after I download a cyrillic font.

Note: the number at the bottom of the page is standard for a lab notebook at a secure facility. In this case, it identifies page 15 of book 85642. Books are assigned to researchers, and the book numbers are logged. The purpose of such secure lab books is that each page is numbered so that pages cannot be removed (or, at least, the removal would be noticed).

The links that talk about time travel and such mention both black and white holes. could mean something.

The first sentence is also in that link.

Notice that, to the right of the first typed insert, there's the word "yet" clearly written with a different pencil and a different handwriting?

Also, that first quote rings a vague bell regarding the Doppler effect, although that has more to do with the change in beat frequency changing as the oscillating source moves towards, then away from you. That's not really what that insert talks about, but I figured I'd mention it - just to prove that I went to college.

I asked my brother (who was a spy - no kidding - during the period that Russia invaded Afghanistan) to see if he could read any of the original text. Maybe nothing will come of it, but what the heck.

 		Ha! Guess they monitor these boards a bit. Since I checked it out about 15 minutes ago to now, the .jpg has been shrunk. It's about half of it's original size.
