It's part of the sequel. MGP's older brothers get mad he was shot at so much and decide to pay us back in kind. Lol. Laughing

The face at top is fairly similar, but the others are too anthropomorphic. The spidery dudes don't have nearly enough legs, they are only very generally like the parasites.
