[SPOILER][SPEC] Hazardous Materials?

I did a search and couldn't find anyone else mentioning this besides myself ... trout me if I'm wrong!

In one of the street scenes, around the time the foreign guy was talking to the group I think, there was a lingering shot that included a barrel with a hazardous waste symbol on it ... anyone else remember this?

I figure this is important somehow, and keep going back to Slusho, and the fact that Ganu was attacked by (probably) TIDO ...

Anyone else think this is significant?

I remember seeing it, and my eye was drawn to it, but it's possible that it is just the way the shot was taken.

I'm pretty sure this has been discussed lots elsewhere. Lemme do a search.
Can't find the topic outright so I guess this will stand until someone else finds it. But I do know blue suits are used for hazardous biological situations.

I still haven't found any other threads relating directly, or discussing the disposal of hazardous waste in the film. It seems to me that if the gov't was disposing of waste materials, it would be guarded or locked up ... and that barrel I saw was totally open to the public, no one near it. I could be wrong, but wasn't it just stacked with a bunch of "normal" garbage?

I think you guys are forgetting the main point that hospitals, med labs, and med "tents" will also be filled with them.

Any item used in surgery, stitching up, exploding, etc, etc, will be thrown into one of these bins.
