It's spam. In fact, 99% of text messages originating from email addresses are spam, because sending a text from an email is free.

We don't remove threads/posts. But YOU can relabel your first post as [SPAM] and take out the Trailhead part to avoid confusing other members.
Also, there is a thread just for asking if something is a trailhead or spam. I'll try to find it and link it.
