 		Wasn't it Brody who quoted King a lot? And didn't he do some funky lettering stuff in his blog (like the dropped 'e's in the SKG messages)
He implied in his face book message to me that he can access a computer from wherever: "just thought I'd hit a computer (at Burger King, oh joy)".
Could he be involved in these communications?

AND

The pele message looked like this, right? pele'_____________________

Does that suggest that some of the message has been erased or crossed out? If so, pele' could be possessive, as in pele's. Pele, the goddess of fire and volcanoes demanded human sacrifice, didn't she? Of young men and women? (I know we aren't sure that's pele' is a reference to Pele, but with all the references to water a reference to fire wouldn't be too bizzare).

Lastly, can we confidently assume that Icon is involved with these messages?

Having crippled Math skills,I'm more than pleased to heed that nugget of wisdom. Maybe it's valid that we try to approximate our msgs in order to understand the replies. And will be sending further msgs to Front Dsk instead of Ronnie from now on.

Yes, that's how the pele' message looks with the blank line going across the page. Perhaps it has multiple meanings or the sender is simply confused and trying to make sense of things she/he can't recall? I do think the dropped vowels are a result of head injury; that's the one thing that makes sense to me.

Not sure about dropped vowels in Brody's blog except for one clue I don't believe we ever solved although I tried mightily:

Regarding the Stephen King references, there have been a lot of ties, but they could serve the same purpose as the Cloverfield ones--it's an audience the PMs would want to pull in.

In that vein I sent a message to Frnt Dsk saying, "Oh, so I had it wrong. It's not the Dean Koontz Limited Edition Magic 8-Ball but rather the Stephen King Chills-Down-My-Spine Edition, isn't it?" I just got a reply from Frnt Dsk saying, "nough gams."

Your friend has an interesting idea Mirror, but some of the messages have had no vowels at all. Still, I'll chew on that one for awhile and thanks to your friend.

 		ok so evil bad guy poster is trying to keep us from finding Brody. But we KNOW where Brody is. He just left Boston and he's going to the Superbowl in Arizona! What is our TRUE mission? I'm getting completely confused about our agenda here.
V says 'help Brody'.
mysterious message bad guy says 'you'll never help/find Brody'.
Brody says 'the cold is deep and dark' and then he goes to the Superbowl.
Jagt says Brody is missing and to 'find Brody'.

Who do we trust, what are people's motivations, and what, specifically, are we being asked to do?

 		I don't think Jagt cares too much about finding Brody...He cares more about telling the "truth" whatever that may be.

The "evil" person that is responding to our messages may be someone in the future, hence he doesn't know we know where Brody is. Or it could be Brody himself while letting his other personality show...The one that does not want to be found.

Or...It could be Ronnie herself. :S

and I got this as a reply "Intrsting you should us th word surfac." which is "interesting you should use the word surface"
