ok so i had sent 2 messages giving different emails and on the one that i sent 2nd from my secondary email i got the exact same poem, just without the line about no friends. but on the in the email i sent from first i got a different message back, not completely vowel-less, just missing the e's:

easy translation here:

Hide and seek in a house of mirrors. Play and all your dreams will come true.

Came from the same email with the same subject text "RE. Message from Ronnie."

googling to see if i can find something that helps make this one make sense.
