[TROUT] Cloverfield is an Alien! proof is in the ending. Ive seen this movie twice now, and have heard from many people that something fishy goes down at the very end when beth and the dude are at coney island. I was watching very closely and for some reason my eyes were stuck on the cruise ship in the very backround. Just as the scene was about to rap up, u see something FALL out of the SKY! and hit the water, and comaring the splash to the cruise ship.. u could tell what ever it was, was HUGE. so this debunks the idea of it being from the ocean. If u dont believe me, then watch the movie again for yourself. Besides, at one point HUD makes the theory that maybe the monster was from the bottom of the ocean, and if u know JJ he doesnt usualy give clues that obvious.

it doesnt make sense... a sattelite hitting the ocean would not wake up an acient ocean dwelling monster that lives MILES beneath the surface, it was either the monster itself, or the monster came down with the sattelite and grew over time.

The more and more threads like this I see, the more and more I want to destroy the internet.

It does make sense if you've been following the marketing. If you haven't, I'd suggest searching before posting.

Welcome to UnFiction! What our friend imnutty here is trying to say is please use the search function. Just look for anything that relates to your ideas, thoughts, questions, etc. and post them there instead of creating a new thread for something that has been discussed.
Hey nutty, if you are gong to call them out givem the trout!

Napalm, I suggest you read a lot of the threads in this forum including the sticky with all the facts at the top. I feel you Toilet, it's just incredible the ability of the internet to draw out the least intelligent, and, the ones who jump to conclusions based on the least amount of information. Nice triple trout above me. I loled, even though it has been fixed now .

You should try being polite and helpful instead of an asshat. That goes for everyone who thinks that having fresh, new people join is bad for the game or who have something negative to say whenever someone makes a post.
Not everyone is an elitist like yourself and you should be grateful the movie is bringing in new people to the game.

I'm not an elitist, I'm just sick of everytime I log on here lately there's 5 threads about the same thing that we've been discussing here for months. And these same "fresh, new people" jump into an ongoing discussion to tell everyone how wrong they are. There are three threads right now about the hasbro monster figure. On the front page. A simple search, or even going to page 2 brings up 2 threads about the thing falling into the ocean.
These "fresh, new people" need to read a few pages before they post threads, or jump into existing ones that have been going on since before the movie came out. This board has turned into IMDB in less than a week. There's no discussion of the marketing or game anymore

You contradict yourself. Your thought process says that you are an elitist by thinking these forums, the game and marketing discussions should all be taking place in a manner that suits you.
People are excited about the movie as the person above stated. The search function is next to impossible to use due to the high traffic this site has been receiving the past few days. It is not not that hard to scroll down and sift through the topics that fluster your elitist mentality and join in on whichever it is that makes bubbles come out your butt so that you are happy.
Your attitude does not help especially when you contribute to the over abundance of topics by bumping them with your posting of garbage about search functions, imbd people or whatever insult you want to post.

speaking for all the 'fresh' people here, I've been following this movie since July. I've mainly been lurking more than anything and finally decided to create an account and attempt to join in on the conversation topics. People get excited after seeing the movie and if it makes them post one irrelevant thing, just let it go. It really isn't that big of a deal. We're all here for one reason anyway.

Just because somethin fell from the sky into the ocean doesn't mean it's MGP.It's very possible, but we don't know yet.We shouldn't jump to the conclusion that it's MGP until we have more clues. As for Hud,he was just throwin teories out there. He was as clueless as we are lol.
