so it's just to early to tell with all the information we have brought together so far. it's obviously an issue, though, with so many jumping on either side of the fence. can we get a 'guru' or something to take a look?

This is reeeeeeally not that difficult. The sonar images were what first led me to almost join UF, but I held off until the videos of Chaui gettin' destroyed. There are some fine points that people seem to miss with this particular set of images.

Rather than post pictures that break it down, I'm going to just spout it all off right here. I really don't want to put the time and effort into the pictures.

Okay, let's get to the key points.

1. Note the huge blue section in the middle of both pictures. See how the area around this blue section is a nice shade of green? This isn't so much a sonar image as it is a thermal one.

2. It's an overhead shot, obviously. So why 2 pictures showing a difference in the red area?

3. These are time-lapsed. In the first picture we have MGP emegering from the place he's been resting. It's gonna take a big hole (or trench) to hide MGP from the world. He's been disturbed, and is now coming out of his resting place...

4. As is evidenced by the second picture. Everything here is the same except for MGP, who is now further out of his little resting spot.


Why would a boat be in the middle of NYC? Furthermore, why is the midle of NYC a big blue aura which represents depth by the SonAir pictures?

If you look at the SonAir pictures, you'll see in the lower right hand area a little diagram that displays what the green and blue colors indicate. Note how the very bottom is dark, dark blue. Now note that the little white line is in the dark blue section. NOW note that the center of our "Bullseye" is in the blue section.

That's depth. The only way the picture is from NYC is if NYC was a giant sinkhole.

Do any of you guys have any idea how sonar works? I mean no disrespect here, but before you try and say that a SONAR IMAGE looks like an island seen from space, could you please do a little background research on how sonar works and how incredibly impossible something like that is.

I'm not talking about "suspension of disbelief" that lets you assume a monster is actually attacking a city, I'm talking about the complete disregard of everything we know about a very well known and widely used technology.
