I see her on MSN most nights, for a few hours at a time, I only wish I had to the time to play an ARG recently.

The key was to hear "HER"

I went through the old thread in the archives, and there was a similar approach with a warped Roosevelt sound file.
This is getting very interesting I tell you...
The .wav is a transmission call of some sort .. I lol'd when I heard "MAYDAYMAYDAY"
and there's some unclear morse code as it sounds, but it's too fast, and given that I don't know how to use audacity, I'll leave this up to you pros..
Yet I call dibs on this find!! Very Happy

Things are hard to make out but there's some coordinates for mapping, and it will take someone with a good ear for Morse, that I sure don't have.
If the coordinates are over water they may need decoding, maybe into a url or ??
Looks like I'll miss the wrap up of this, off on vay-kay soon.

 		Started doing a bit. I think one early section says something about the Manhattan Project?!

ETA: OK, haven't had a whole lot of time to work on this, so I went for low hanging fruit for now. There's a very quiet section at the end of the clip, but it's easy to translate:

 		I have no idea what this game is about, or what's going on, or what this means, or anything, but for amusement I heard the message.

"Coast Guard Miami" asks him for coordinates (the fact that I live in Miami peaked my interest further), and it sounds like...

I don't quite know what the "779" in the middle of it; that could be seconds, but then he doesn't say it for the longitude.

 		I have come to the conclusion that I have no idea what the hell I'm doing in SoundForge. Noise reduction, as well as several other effects and flters, didn't help my attempts to make it any clearer. Sorry guys.

Ten digits at the end are correct, at least; those are clear as day.

Actually, I think they made a point to make parts of it completely undecipherable. I'm thinking that the Morse during the talking is a red herring, and that the only important part is the number at the end, given how quiet it is compared to the rest, yet completely understandable.

 		Since this has died a little, I'll give you something to think on. We have the number which leads to a genuine OOG company. The number is the user name, what if we need to get the 4 digit password to go with it and access the account to find the next piece of the puzzle. Just thinking a little out loud, but it seems the most sensible course to me...

 		This seems to have died a death. I sent an email to Vicky, it didn't bounce, but I've had no reply either and now visce.com has been taken offline. So looks like the game has been stopped....possibly...
