HOW TO ENTER:
DEEP BLUE MARINE, INC., A NEVADA CORPORATION (referred to herein as "SPONSOR") IS THE SPONSOR OF THIS CONTEST.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, complete the application online at www.alldeepblue.com and follow all directions. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 individuals who correctly answer the greatest number of questions between January 15, 2008 and midnight on December 31, 2008. Deep Blue Marine is not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries. Entries received by email, telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted. Applicants can only participate online. Participation in this contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules.
Deep Blue Marine reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if, in their sole discretion, they determine that the contest is not capable of being run as originally planned for any reason, such as tampering, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes or occurrences that have compromised the fairness or integrity of the contest.
Grand prize is one brand new Shelby Cobra GSX 4000 automobile valued at $125,000.
Second prize is one restored Civil War Cannon valued at $25,000.
Third prize is one authentic Revolutionary War era sword valued at $11,000.

CONTEST RULES:
1. The contest is open to the general public as well as anyone who has any investment or financial interest in Deep Blue Marine, Inc. who is of age of majority. Identification must be produced on request. If you are under the legal age of majority in your place of residence (a "Minor"), one of your parents or legal guardians must submit a signed, written statement that they have read, understood and agree to these Contest rules with your entry, and that such agreement constitutes acceptance of these Contest rules on behalf of you and themselves.
2. Employees of Deep Blue Marine, Inc., its contest sponsors, sub contractors, programmers, researchers, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates as well as immediate family members and persons with whom such are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
3. Sponsor, all participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
4. The prizes are not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
4. Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.
5. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which the Sponsor may deem appropriate.
6. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that the Sponsor may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
7. Detailed contest rules applicable to this contest, including contest entry dates, how to enter, and prize value, number and any restrictions applicable to these prizes are available upon request from the head office of Deep Blue Marine.
8. Winners and any guests of the age of majority must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by the Sponsor acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.
9. Winners of all contests will be contacted at the "sender" email address used to enter the contest, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner unless they specify another person within the reply email as the winner. Claiming of prizes requires an email response to Deep Blue Marine from the winning sender email address within 30 days of being notified of winning at the email address used to enter. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. The Sponsor is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).
10. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and/or fees that may be incurred.
11. The Sponsor retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
12. This contest is subject to all federal, state and municipal laws. Participants are responsible to ensure that participating in this contest is legal and lawful wherever they reside. If local authority deems such contests violate any laws, participants are ineligible to receive prizes.
13. The Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
14. Approximate value of prizes will vary.
15. If acceptance of prize involves travel, winner and any travel companions agree to do so at their own risk. The Sponsor accepts no responsibility or liability for any incidents arising from travel.

16. One entry per person and/or household allowed. Duplicate entries will result in disqualification of all parties involved. All entries are subject to verification and may be rejected for any reason.
17. Delivery of prizes will be determined depending on the location of the winners.
18. Deep Blue Marine, Inc. reserves the right to alter any rules of any contest at anytime. If you have any questions or complaints about a Deep Blue Marine contest, please contact mediaSPLATalldeepblue.com.

GENERAL RELEASE

By entering the Contest, you release Sponsor, participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect the privacy of our users, and we assure you that sharing your e-mail address or other information with us will not lead to unwanted invasions of your privacy. If you are under the legal age of majority in your state of residence (a "Minor"), one of your parents or legal guardians must submit a signed, written statement that they have read, understood and agree to these Contest rules with your entry, and that such agreement constitutes acceptance of these Contest rules on behalf of you and themselves.
