By the way, I fail to see what this has to do with OGP attacking NY.

except the man babbling in the movie is speaking a Slavic language, not Japanese... and the monster didn't seem to be following anything, he was jsut cruising.

The time lines in the ARG don't match those in the movie. I have a feeling that they (puppetmasters) did this in order to make us believe this was happening now and not in the past. It was easier to confuse the audience to build up the suprise by doing this.

Also, wouldn't it make sense if the head of a major company to speak multiple languages? I don't know who he wouldn't just speak english.
