On all 4,s maybe half/3 quarters a skyscraper. On it's two legs and arms outwards, maybe 2 skyscrapers.

In commercials he's described as being 25 stories tall, but I believe that is when crouched down. When standing on his hind legs he is much bigger, with arms stretched out I'd guess 50 stories tall judging by the ending of the movie in the helicopter scene.

how tall is a skyscraper? Is that an actual measure of height? Is there an official size for a building to be called "a skyscraper?"

I believe he is around 300 feet when "crouched" like in the helecopter scene, and possibly up to 500 feet when standing upright like I drew him in the drawings thread (check page 9... yes... this is indeed a shameless plug. Laughing
