Rants and OOG discussion.
Okay, I figured I'd start this Lounge business off with a smurfing rant from something I heard in the news earlier this evening.

First off, allow me to clue in those who have not been part of the 48 Forum.

Smurf = The eff word.

A word filter was put in place on our old forum changing that word to smurf. Other words were changed, but I don't care about this. I'm only censoring the eff word on here so I don't get ToS'd/Banned/Reported/whatever else happens on a real forum.

With that said, here we go.

I don't know if any of you heard but Sesame Street just released another DVD entitled `` Sesame Street Old School Vol. 2 : 1974 - 1979. `` What's wrong with this you ask? Absolutely nothing, I'm glad they're releasing the old school Sesame Street. However, a small piece of content at the beginning of this DVD is what has me smurfing spazzing.

This DVD has a warning at the beginning, stating that the content on this DVD may be unsuitable for children of today's society and is best suited for adults.

Go ahead, re-read that, let it smurfing sink and get back to me. I'll wait.

Okay, still don't smurfing get it do you? NEITHER DO SMURFING I! Why the SMURF do we need a smurfing WARNING ON A GOD DAMN SMURFING SESAME STREET DVD?! It's not like Oscar is ass raping The Count, or Snuffaluffagus is snorting coke off of Big Bird's c0ck! I mean for smurf's sake, what the smurf kind of world are we living in when OUR SMURFING CHILDREN CAN'T SMURFING WATCH SESAME STREET WITHOUT A SMURFING WARNING?!

You know why there's a warning? Because they say things like `` police man `` and `` police woman `` when in today's society we say `` police officers. `` Oh, and you can't call it sitting Indian style anymore, because that's racist, it's called criss-crossing sticks. WHAT THE SMURF?! CRISS-CROSSING STICKS?! ARE YOU SMURFING KIDDING ME?! LET ME CRISS-CROSS MY SMURFING STICKS ACROSS YOUR SMURFING HEAD YOU POLITICALLY CORRECT SMURFING TERRORISTS!

That's right, I called them terrorists, because that's what they smurfing are. Smurf the guys over seas, this is home, this is the real enemy. The government and political activists that have pussified our smurfing parents to make them not let our children watch anything.

What's next, we start referring to snowmen as snowpersons?

Smurf that.

 		I have to agree Tim, this is pretty smurfed up...what's funny/sad/smurfed up is that most of us here grew up watching Sesame Street...with no disclaimer or warning...and I think for the most part we are all ok

**Didn't know to where to place this** Confused Zilla saw yesterday, I checked today and the shoutwire link to the Despoiler article about 48Hours is still broken which means "No Shouting" for it is possible.  		IMDB lists it as in post-production so I expect it'll be released as scheduled.

 		It'll be released. They're in post-production and I don't think any reshots are needed.

Only thing is, the film will always have this stigma around it.
